Aztech are extremely experienced in working with local authorities including conservation, listing and planning officers whether your project is for replacement windows and doors or the construction of a conservatory , orangery or bespoke building project.

Should planning approval or building regulations be required and a formal application be submitted to your local authority, Aztech’s comprehensive service means we are able to undertake the complete process and will take responsibility for obtaining all certificatation on your behalf to ensure that your project fully complies with all legal requirements giving you total peace of mind.

All Aztech staff are fully aware that your home is the most expensive aquisition you will probably make in your lifetime and for your home enhancement project to be a good investment, it must be constructed from the best grade of material available and by the finest craftsmen. A sure foundation is essential for any building project so we insist on a one metre excavation as per industry standard in normal ground conditions. However, should ground conditions dictate, we will continue the excavation or even investigate an engineered solution i.e. piling, raft or, for smaller units, a prefabricated mesh base system which can be the perfect solution where there is very limited access.

Our building teams, carpenters and joiners and all allied trades personel have worked with us for many years. We are able to provide absolutely any construction facility regardless of project size and scope including all underfloor or traditonal heating options, fully certified electrical installations, climate control, plastering and rendering, all internal and external additional finishes i.e. architaves, skirtings, cornices, ceramic tiling, laminated or solid timber flooring and we even offer a full decoration service.
